I have searched older post about this issue but couldn't find a solution.  Thumbnails in the image gallery are not generating; instead they just display a red X.  However, when I move the mouse over the red X the thumbnails appears.  Below is a screen shot of my issue:

 

 

 

What can I do to get the thumbnails to generate properly?  I have the latest version (6.6).
