We have tried to change the default settings for the blue outlines that display around absolute layers.

 

We want the outlines to be hidden by default and display only when requested by a user clicking the Visible Borders button.

 

We  have been unable to change the default setting that displays the outlines even though we have carefully followed the instructions.

 

Can you provide any suggestions to clarify changing this setting?
