Before I create any pages, here are some statistics performed around the office regarding this problem:

 

1) IE8 - 64 Bit - Looks Good

2) IE8 - 32 Bit - Looks Good

3) IE8 - 32 Bit - (Had Chrome BHO installed and then uninstalled) - Displays Incorrectly

    IE8 - (Same machine as above) - Compatibility Mode - Looks Good

4) IE7 - 32 Bit - Displays Incorrectly

 

Hopefully we can start with this information and narrow down the problem.  Would the type of CSS on the page have any impact on CuteEditor?
