Saved Image src path is replicated

    When I select an image from the image gallery to place onto a web page it is fine, but after saving, it appears as a broken image. When I look at the view source it shows that the path is being built twice (see below). I go into edit and look at the HTML code but the path is only there once! What is causing this?

    Prior to upgrading to v6 this week, I was using v4 and I had this syntax in place with no problems:
     
    UseRelativeLinks="false" RemoveServerNamesFromUrl="False"
