I'm running CuteEditor 6.4 and Firefox 3.5.7 and the Image Editor button is not displaying on the Insert Image dialog.  Works fine in IE.

 

However, I just noticed that when clicking on the Insert Image dialog button in this editor, the Image Editor button is displayed.  However it is not clickable.

 

Was this fixed in v 6.6 or could it be a setting that i have wrong?

 

Any help is appreciated.
