Hi Ken.  The link you gave for Step 4 looks like pseudocode, not actual code and it does not

tell me where to copy-and-paste the code.  I was able to finally get the chat buttons to show

up by copying the Global.asax file into my website root (it did not use Global.asax).  I was

also able to modify web.config to point to my off-site SQL Server and use authenticated

SMTP settings.

 

Now I am trying to get the chat dialogs to work and use the cross-domain monitor code

as described by Adam.  So far... no luck.
