Adam, can you please follow up on this issue:
I'm trying to accomplish the following:
1. Use the CE for Net to generate PDF's
2. Use Cete DynamicPDF Merger to merge the individually created CE PDF's into one PDF.
However, when we try to merge multiple cute generated pdf's with Cete PDF Merger, it fails. We contacted support at CeTe concerning this issue when using the CeTe PDF Merger app, and this is their response.

I just received updates from the developers. The PDF document that you are having problem merging is an invalid PDF document. It has invalid Cross Reference Table. Thats the reason you are getting an error when merging the PDF document using our API. We would recommend contacting the vendor of the PDF and see if they have any updates that would make the PDF valid.
