i've downloaded your product and when tested i'm unable to see the special characters and Insert Emotions logo. and in the sample

located at http://cutesoft.net/example/SqlSample/UseSql.aspx contains these symbols. may i know the reason for this..

Please look for the following buttons:

Insert Emotion	Inserts an emotion image at the selected position in the editor.
Special Chars	Inserts a special character from a predefined list.
