Hi Adam & Ken,

We disable Google Map Feature as instructed in forum as follows:

Hide Google Map in UsersTab/Conversations Panel

 As long as the user has a public IP address,  Cute Live Supports will show google map when it is able to get the location of the user.

Please open LiveSupport.exe.config and set <add key="GoogleMapKey" value="" />. It will hide google map.

 

But somehow the map is still displaying when the user is outside Singapore(which is our location).

 

There are different IP within Singapore (Map didnt display )

We found out from one of our user who request chat from U.S.  Any idea on this?
