I am trying to translate the interface to Hebrew.

I've changed include_CuteEditor.asp with success, but when trying to change files like insert_image.asp I don't see the hebrew letters, but instead small English letters, this is even if I added the META encondind tag to be suitable for Hebrew.

Please assist.
