some questions about DNN 3.0.13 integration of CuteEditor, maybe I'm to strupid to understand it...

I downloaded the follwoing Archive: "CuteEditor for DotNetNuke" and followed the Helpfile instructions.
Step 1 says to add the Provider to my solution. Means that to add it to my VS.NET Solution or only to copy the ressources to the Application folders?

 

Step 3 says to copy the DotNetNuke.CEHtmlEditorProvider.dll to the DNN_Folder bin directory. But i Can't find it. Where is the dll?
