In evaluating the product a number of questionshave come up one is the time the pop-up tells an operator that there is someone waiting.  The tray pop up lasts about ten seconds, Our people are answering phones as well and are not always on the screen can this time be extended or some other visual added (our current program hides the task bar normally)
