We only want an operator to be able to see information relating to their department within the Operator Client.

I have configured the system to 'show users in queue by department' which is good, but I dont want a user the see what other departments or users exist, or any details about other website visitors.

The obvious way to achieve this is to hide the 'Department/Agents' panel, and 'Website Visitors' panel in the Client unless you are logged on as an administrator. Is this possible, or is there a scalled-down version of the Operator Client available?
