Paste icon can pop up a new window in Firefox is due to that Firefox doesn't allow access the clipboard data by default.

 

However, I prefer to have the same dialog for Paste icon in IE, so that cute editor can be used in the same functionality in all browsers. It is good for people who do not have the relevant knowledge to use it.

 

Please give a solution for this ASAP.
