Thanks for the quick response. We managed to fix the issue. Not sure what the exact cause was. The IIS configuration didn't have certain extensions mapped to aspnet.dll and I added these while comparing the configs with my local server (which was working). It didn't work even then. We then mapped the app to a new website and it started to work.

 

I was goin to post a screenshot of the editor without the controls (not a single tool was appearing on the toolbar) but we managed to fix it before then.
