Thanks for the pointer, I have already gone through the article.

But as I said, I want the template to feel like a web-form.

 

eg. I want to add checkbox to the template and I want to make sure that the user can only check or uncheck it and can not delete/resize etc.

 

Can you please let me know how I can achieve this particular scenario.
