Let me put my reuirements for you so that it will be easy to answer.

I want to load a template which is similar to a web form, that is as in web-form user should be able to enter data into text-fields, select values from dropdown fields.

The user should not be able to modify/delete the layout or the elements of the template, it should just be like a web-form.

 

Please let me know if it is possible to achieve this using Cute Editor.
