The non-editable heading does work great in your example. But when I used the template from your example, does not seem to work at my end.

You have a non-editable "DIV" inside "TD". So the DIV becomes non-editable but in my case, the TD is still editable as in I can type in the "TD" area though not in "DIV". Also I noticed that one in non-editable region, all the controls on toolbar become disabled. How can it be achieved?

Am I missing something here?
