I checked the AllowUpload and all is set to true.

BTW, how do you change / distinguish between default, admin and guest users?

 

The upload box does appear when AllowUpload is true. It does not appear when AllowUpload is false.

The upload box appears... but there is not upload button. I'm thinking it is related to a license issue???
