    Hi,
     
    The operator software never force customers to agents.
     
    In the support-administration page ,
    (/CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat/supportadmin/Live-Support-Config.aspx)
     
    you can specify this option :
     
    Show users in queue by department True/False If true, the operator would only see a list of users that requested a specific department.
