Remove fields from "Insert Hyperlink" popup.

    Remove fields from "Insert Hyperlink" popup.

    Hello Support,
    Our client has requested that we remove some of the fields that display on the "Link" tab when the "Insert Hyperlink" button is clicked. 
     
    They requested that we remove the following fields: 
    • ID
    • NoFollow
    • CSS Class
    • Access Key
    • Tab Index
    • Color
    • Title
    • "Browse" button. 
    What would be the best way to accomplish this?
