Safari adds its own inline styles

We have only had the html editor for a month or so so that tells you its version and one of my clients uses Safari.

When she edits content some of the features use inline css to create the effect. An example is shown below..   How do i stop this as it is getting in the way of our own style sheet.

<blockquote class="webkit-indent-blockquote" style="margin: 0 0 0 40px; border: none; padding: 0px;"><span style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: medium; ">PING is your chance to own a professionally coded, designed, sea<span style="text-decoration: underline;">rch en</span>gine optimised website, with total self control over all content, no restrictions, no fuss and all for LESS THAN HALF PRICE of a standard website package!</span></blockquote>
