i have 2 questions:

1.

is there way that browse will remember the last directory in user machine that they upload from it?

 

right now it goes back every time they upload file to their desktop directory

 

2.

is there way that after file is insert to the editor wont  scroll up to the top automatic?

when user insert file the editor jump up
