We are usinig CE 5.3. We just upgraded from .NET 1.1 to .NET 2.0. Now the upload function is not working. When I upload a file (152kb), it says successfully uploaded but there is only a 120 byte file in the folder. I checked the windows\temp folder and it seems the uploaded file is stuck there.

I have given ASPNET and NETWORK SERVICE fully control to the web root as well as the windows\temp folder.
