I have a login in my website (www.edewcate.com). I want to provide to support for my registered login users only.

 

If user login in my website. and click on live support button.

 

he shouldnt  ask to enter name, email, subject, channel, etc. These details should be feched automatically (I am storing the login info in session)

 

One of the support agent suggested me this
