    Hi,
     
    I have checked the code again.
     
    After upload ,before the FileUploaded event be fired, the file will be renamed once.
     
    So the file must be released.
     
    I don't know why you get the file locked issue.
     
    Please try the UploadType property , set to IFrame,Silverlight,Flash and try again.
