We are indeed using version 6.4 and that is where ContentEditable does not work as expected.  It did work in 6.0.

 

Here is what I need.  In the attached HTML, the only thing that should be editable is from:

 

Soup: Seafood Jambalyia

TO.....

Lamb Chops : Double thick and grilled served with garlic mashed, vegtable du jour and mint jelly.

 

Please show us how we can set this HTML template to only allow editing that region.  The file is attached below.
