I got it to work.

 

Something was preventing the CuteEditor from Initializing. 

I upgraded to IE8 yesterday (because a lot of my clients are now using it...) and some of the IE7 toolbars wouldn't work, etc.

 

My guess is that an old toolbar caused some sort of malfunction in the IE8 event pipeline.

 

If this issue pops up with anyone else, I upgraded the Google toolbar, restarted the browser and the CuteEditor worked...
