OK - how come CuteEditor converts the ampersands in my URLs to &amp? I need to paste the following:

img height="24" hspace="5" src="http://127.0.0.1/core/CO41DownloadFile.aspx?fileID=201690&hash=YokqKkClAqnhV%2bxLSGiFlITR2ZcBAwUH" width="539" align="baseline" />

But the editor keeps on converting it to:

img height="24" hspace="5" src="http://127.0.0.1/core/CO41DownloadFile.aspx?fileID=201690&hash=YokqKkClAqnhV%2bxLSGiFlITR2ZcBAwUH" width="539" align="baseline" />

Event when I paste in HTML mode. How do I get around this?
