1.If you enter a few lines of test such as:

 

welcome

asdfasdf

asdfasdf

 

2. put youcurser in from of the first line(before "welcome")

3. hit enter twice.

4.hit the up arrow twice so the curser is two lines above teh text.

5. then click insert image on the toolbar. The image inserts infornt of the word welcome and on the same line with two rows of blank text above it.
