Chat session of the user not expired even after click on the close button.

    Chat session of the user not expired even after click on the close button.

    I click image for chat as user and and provide my user name in the "CuteLiveSupport/CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat/SupportClient.aspx"
    After that chat is accepted by the operator and I click the close button.
     
    I again try to open the chat by clicking the image. It doesn't ask for my credentials and connect me with dummy user id Guest_430e.
    It shows the user is connected however no one is chatting with that user.
     
    How to reslove these issues?
