I don't think it is an easy job.

 

1. Implementation.

 

a. Create a custom dialog to handle this special upload function

b. Find an anti virus softwares you want to use and understand its API.

c. Write your own .NET code to call the scan function when uploading process is done.

 

2. Testing.

 

a. Find a developement server and backup everything

b. Test the upload function using a file with virus (don't know how to get one)??

 

In general, it's better to reply on the anti-virus product on your web server instead of writing .Net code to achieve this.
