All our content was created using previous version of CuteEditor – v3.0. The content used to display correctly in that version. We recently upgraded our product to use CuteEditor 4.0.0.5 and the same content is giving us these problems. Why is 4.0.05 having trouble rendering content that was created in 3.0? How do we fix it?
Unfortunately, we released the new version to production without realizing that the new version of editor would have problems with content created in the older version. As a result, dozens of users are essentially stuck and awaiting a fix.
Please advise.
