Adam, thanks for the reply.  I would love to upgrade to the new version and have alredy purchased the upgrade

license.  As I emailed you privately, I get the

 

cannot load iplt timer  error (I think it's iptl..can't remember, but I did find other support requests on the forumn about it)

 

However, even though there are forum entries, there is no blanket way to fix it that I have seen

posted.

 

My servers are behind firewalls, etc.  Does this make a difference?
