Hi Adam,

 

While on the phone with my client, she:

 

1)  Selected "insert image" button, selected the checkbox for an image, selected the insert button, and nothing happened.  The image did not appear in the editor.

 

2)  She also selected the "template" button, selected a template, and selected the OK button.  The template did not appear in the editor.

 

She said that she is using the latest version of FireFox on her Mac.  I have the latest version of CuteSoft Editor.  Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
