Is there a way to disable the TD resize box that appears in IE?  It looks like a thin red box around the cell with a block down-right arrow that you click and drag to resize the cell.

 

Our user base dont really get on with this as it sometimes takes over from hover events from other elements and essentially "gets in the way".

 

Is there a way to disable this TD/cell release feature please?
