Excuse me for the late response.

I find out, it has nothing to do with the number of links. The problem is when the link is in a table.
when the text in de TD is selected(most of the time by double click) sometimes the cute-editor doesn't show the link popup

I can't discripe the exact problem but I have had this problem more then once.
