    Logging Operators Logged-In time and saving initial chat requests?

    Hi there,
     
    we are using Cute Live Support for Dot Net Nuke. Most of our support staff is working from home or during travel. Is there a way to monitor the times they are logged into the Operator tool?
     
    Moreover we noticed that the customer's initial question is not saved into the chat records. Is there a way to have it saved for later analysis?
