First, the link format is not correct.
<a href="'>some URL">this is a test</a>
should be
<a href="some URL">this is a test</a>
Second, "&" is a special character.
Cute Editor automatically convert it to html entity.
somepage.aspx?param1=3¶m2=50
will ends up in html as
somepage.aspx?param1=3&param2=50
By default Cute Editor maps most special characters to the equivalent HTML entity automatically. You can turn it off by setting Editor.UseHTMLEntities Property to false.
