In the SqlFileStorage.cs file, you can find a GetFileUrl function:

public override string GetFileUrl(string filepath)
{
   filepath=CalcPath(VirtualRoot,filepath);

   // try putting your code here...

   return downfile+"?fileid="+GetItemId(filepath);
}

 

Hope it helps. Please note that there is no way to catch the unpload event in the current version.
