We are using cutechat in a load balancing configuration.
We registered the cutechat product for 2 sites:
When we start the chat we get this error:
The connection to the chat server is lost. The License for CuteChat is not valid. You are using a domain license file. The domain name in the license file doesn't match the actual domain name (uninettunosrl.net) of the web site. Product version not match.
We manually copied the .lic file in both the bin folders (client and server)
This configuration works perfectly with the temporary licence... HELP!!! We either need a working licence or hints about how to configure load balancing correctly...
