I'm bringing in one in code behind thus:

 

EditorBody.SecurityPolicyFile = "Administrator.config"

 

When I alter other settings in that config they have an effect, but not the flash one unless i'm altering the wrong setting.

 

However to double check I placed it in the default as well but get the same message.

 

Which settings in config should I be using to alter flash upload file size?
