Has the live support option been removed from CuteChat 2 as I dont see it?

I also need to recommend a chat solution to my client, it needs to have the features of the live support i.e. private chat with users in the order they enter the room.

Cutechat 1 has this functionality.

If I recommend cutechat 1 or 2 is it possible to easily add a javascript timer to the support chat user window i.e. when a user comes in to chat and is accepted by the support operator then in the user details window it would show a timer just to the support operative to tell them how long they have been chatting. I had a look at the code but not being a .net coder it seemed quite a job to add this simple functionality in JavaScript.
