Two quick questions I hope:

 

1) Is it possible to turn off the drop down list (normally showing To All) so that the user can't see it and still use the list of names to start a private chat conversation?

 

2) Is it possible to alter the format of the text in the chat box so that the actual conversation is all aligned irrespective of the length of the names?
