When I use the sample page at http://www.ajaxuploader.com/Demo/select-multiple-files-upload.aspx I get the same problem.

 

I tried uploading a file named:  November;2008.pdf

 

 

 

Once the upload was completed, the filename in the server trace was only November

 

 

 

Seems to happen with both firefox 3.0.5 and IE7
