Open the CuteChat control project, Change the following code:

Public Overrides Function GetUserDisplayName(ByVal useruniquename As String) As String
        Return GetUser(useruniquename).FirstName
End Function

To

Public Overrides Function GetUserDisplayName(ByVal useruniquename As String) As String
        Return GetUser(useruniquename).Username
End Function

a. Log in as admin, click the Chat admin button.

b. click the configuration tab

c. In the bottom of configuration page, you can change the Cute Chat performance setting.
