The problem seems to stem from an UploadType of flash on the uploader inside the gallery windows.  Changing it to IFrame resolves the problem, however the bottom of the upload dialog that appears in the IFrame is cut off a few pixels.  Ideally I'd like to use the flash upload but if that's not possible is it possible for me to restyle that IFrame?
