Hi!
We are still evaluating cute messenger and are looking at how the product can meet a specific requirement of ours. Looking at your answer in earlier post (Postback and Messenger 5.0
http://cutesoft.net/forums/thread/44901.aspx) it seems as if it is actually not possible to have messenger open in one browser window and at the same time continue browsing in the same window.
Our requirement is that we would like our users only to use one single browser window and as long as they are logged into the site they should be reachable or able to reach others through the cute messenger product. The users must however be able to continue navigating in our site (in the background) during their messenger conversations but as it seems from the post mentioned above the messenger will close as soon as navigation is performed.
Is this correct assumption? We ask because we believe that some of the basic benefits with having a messenger is that it works as an "overlay system" on top of other features and wonder if we may have missunderstood your earlier statements or that maybe there is a way to work around this (it is important for us to use it in the same browser window as the rest of the site so pop-up in new window is not an alternative for us).
Best Regards,
LosFreddos
