- is it possible to run Cute Live Support operator automatically when the user logged in to his PC?
- How can i disable the transfare button in the chat window in the visitor window because of security issue in our Ministry?

- Is it possible to make the login name and password is same as Nework username and password, i mean when the Agent login to the operator system he actully authorized by ministry network and then under each department his network user name shown under Agent list?
