I just downloaded your latest version and tested it. The error still exists any time when uploading:

Error Message: Path '/CuteEditor_Uploader_Resource.axd' was not found.

at System.Web.HttpApplication.CallHandlerExecutionStep.System.Web.HttpApplication.IExecutionStep.Execute()
at System.Web.HttpApplication.ExecuteStep(IExecutionStep step, Boolean& completedSynchronously)

I also could not find in your zip file any changes or any AJAX uploader file. Your DLL is from 16th September 08.
